Exchange policy

48 Hours Exchange Service

Lamy Shop assures you to exchange the item, if there is any Manufacturing Malfunction or damage on receipt of the product and reported within 48 hours. Please send an email to repairs@lamyshop.in.

We will send you a return mail within 24 working hours and once the defective package is received in original packaging, we will ship the exchange item within 48 working hours of receipt of the defective package

In case of any problem, any fault or any defect in the Lamy writing instrument you have, it may please be returned to the place / address from where the Lamy product is purchased.

Please note Nibs, inks and refills cannot be exchanged.

If however, valued customer of Lamy product desires to exchange the same for any other reason, below stated Lamy Service Centre may please be contacted. In case the customer desires to exchange the product with a product of higher value, differential amount will be payable by customer.

Please pack the product properly and seal the packet completely before handing over to the courier service provider to avoid in-transit damages. Also use separate packets for items from different orders.

Upon evaluation of the reason for exchange of Lamy writing instrument, our Service Centre will assist you in returning the product through a reliable courier service within seven days of receiving the product. Please note, courier charges shall be borne by the customer.

It may however please be noted that if Lamy product is personalized or customized by the customer, it will not be eligible for return or exchange. Besides, the product received in damaged or broken condition will not be eligible for return or exchange.

All exchange claims will be ineligible if the customer doesn't raise the exchange claim as per the Terms mentioned here.

Lamy reserves the right to accept or reject the exchange claim of customer post inspection of the returned product. Exchange approved claim, replaced product will be shipped to customer.


Kindly note that FCE Lifestyles Pvt .Ltd. does not sell Lamy products to/on Amazon or Flipkart. Hence, we are not responsible for any Warranty claims or Repairs for Lamy Products sold on these sites.
